Details:

  • Pay range: $62K-$70K base salary + commission (total OTE around $100K for year 1)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Location: 100% Onsite in Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie (openings at both locations)
  • Type: Direct hire with benefits

Job Duties:

  • New Business Development: Research, identify, and engage prospective customers through targeted outreach, presenting customized air filtration solutions that align with their operational needs.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen ongoing relationships with distributors and end-users, ensuring exceptional service, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and implement a strategic regional plan focused on delivering 20%+ growth by leveraging market insights and data-driven analysis.
  • Sales Presentations: Lead compelling onsite and virtual sales meetings, providing impactful product demonstrations and clear value explanations to key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems to organize leads, monitor opportunities, schedule timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate and complete customer records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure successful execution of solutions.
  • Value-Based Selling: Protect profitability by positioning offerings through ROI and value differentiation, skillfully navigating objections and negotiation conversations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience is required (new business development, customer success, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and distribution networks
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
